By submitting a project brief or paying an invoice to TalismanLaunch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The scope of the project is defined by the selected tier (Launch, Growth, or Presence) and the customized quote provided to you. Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions after the first draft is delivered. Additional revisions outside the original scope may be subject to a separate hourly rate or flat fee.
No payment is required to submit a project brief. Once you approve the mockup and quote, an invoice will be generated. Development begins once the invoice is paid in full (or as otherwise agreed upon in writing). Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our digital goods and the time invested, all payments are non-refundable once source code files have been delivered or a site has been deployed.
Upon final payment, you assume complete ownership of the final HTML, CSS, and related asset files delivered to you. TalismanLaunch retains the right to display the completed website and any design mockups in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.
If you opt for our "Free Vercel Hosting," we will deploy your site to a .vercel.app subdomain. We do not claim ownership of the Vercel platform and are not liable for any downtime or changes in their service terms. If we source premium stock images or assets on your behalf, the licensing rights will be transferred to you upon final payment.
TalismanLaunch provides handcrafted web templates and static sites. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our websites. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those specific services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
